resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of
employers to offer jobs to candidates or the talent of candidates to
fill job openings. In addition, note that there are risks, including but
not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers,
foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false
pretences. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users
with whom You come in contact with the Web Site.
Because user verification on the Internet is difficult, the Company
cannot and does not confirm that each user is who they claim to be.

CONTENT POSTED ON THE SITE |
Jobsabode.com will not be responsible for any illegal content placed by users. If somebody posted any Content/Jobs Ads with a company/ name and that is not posted by the real company representative, kindly inform us ASAP at admin@jobsabode.com, we will ban that content/Job on priority basis but we are not be responsible for anytype of lose, distubance, Etc. caused through the content/job posted. But we are here to control this type of misuse.
- You understand and agree that Jobsabode.com may review and delete any content, messages, Jobsabode.com Messenger messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of Jobsabode.com violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of Members.
- You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the Service, or transmit to other Members.
- By posting Content to any public area of Jobsabode.com, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Jobsabode.com an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

REFUND OF FEE |
If you choose to terminate your membership, the MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
Your membership in the Jobsabode.com service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.
